I know, I'm a bit tardy! I was on a little break. Christmas came and things got busy then the hub and I spent a few days in San Antonio ringing in the new year with family then it was back to work and now - the weekend and time to play catch up!
I hope you all had a fantastic time over the past few weeks - I'll have to read up and find out what I've missed. Our San Antonio trip was made even better because the weather was perfecto! Sunny and mid 70s, unseasonably warm even by Texas standards.
We stayed in a gorgeous resort located on the second highest point in San Antonio so we were able to watch the fireworks at midnight on New Year's Eve from all over the state! They were bubbling up all along the horizon - just an amazing thing to see. Sadly, the pics didn't come out because it was just too dark but I do have a couple pics to highlight our trip. Enjoy!
There was a nature trail at the resort - watch out for rattlesnakes though!
